Just saying that there are lots of drunk drivers in my area. I'm sorry to say it, but its my neighborhood. If people stop and read what i wrote it might be "drunk mexicans" and i said not trying to associate it with any raciest because most hit and runs in my area are from drunk driving and the high rates are from latino's. So its basically from facts and not racism. HELL it can be a vietnamese guy for all i know. Someone who hitted a car with enough clearance for 2 cars i would consider blind or just freaking drunk.
